Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Cancellation By booking your stay at Hill Country Camp Starlight, you agree to the following terms. Reservations can be canceled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. After this grace period, cancellations will incur fees determined by how close the cancellation occurs to the check-in date. For specifics, refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly.

2. Maximum Occupancy and Guests The property comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. Exceeding the guest limit without prior approval may result in additional fees or cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Check-in/Check-out Times Guests may check in from 3:00 PM onwards using our secure keypad entry. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets, allowing up to two dogs per stay for a $350 non-refundable pet fee. Guests must supervise pets at all times, keep them off furniture, and promptly clean up after them. Any damages or extra cleaning will incur additional charges.

4. Property Care and Damage Guests are responsible for the care and respectful use of all amenities provided. Any damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.

5. Pool and Outdoor Amenities Guests agree to follow posted safety instructions and supervise children at all times around the pool, hot tub, and other outdoor amenities. Management must handle all requests regarding heating the pool or hot tub.

6. Safety and Security Security cameras are located at the side door and entrance gate for your safety. Tampering with cameras or security equipment is strictly prohibited and could result in immediate eviction.

7. Conduct Loud parties or excessive noise disturbing neighbors are prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

8. Liability Hill Country Camp Starlight and its owners are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.

9. Long-Term Stays For reservations exceeding 30 days, please contact us directly for special rates and additional terms and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted clearly on our website.
